Starlink Internet Now Operational
Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite system is now operational.
The dish antenna, about the size of a large pizza, costs about $599.00*.
The service is $120.00/month* after that for unlimited data.
Customers are reporting upload speeds in access of 85 Mb. (even as fast as 150 Mb.) and download speeds of almost 30 Mb. That’s way better than I get from my cable company.
Their “priority” plan is $140.00/mth*, or more with data limits. A larger antenna is required.
They also offer a “Unlimited Mobile Data Inland” that you can use while traveling in a specified region for $150.00/mth* using the standard antenna.
The largest plan is “Mobile Priority” for $250.00/mth*, which has data limits and requires the larger antenna.
HughesNet and other satellite Internet services are becoming obsolete
We are so done putting up with pathetic download speeds for outrageous prices. Starlink is going to revolutionize the world.

The DISH aligns itself
Just plug the Starlink antenna (DISHY) into power, and the satellite dish aligns itself.
It stays aligned even if you are on the move. Passengers in planes, trains, and RVs, rejoice!
The Winegard Hi-Res Dish does not need to move. Although it’s larger, it can lie flat so it has a lower profile. See details on this page: Winegard and Starlink Team Up for Mobile Internet
